I've been meaning to leave my review of this dress for a few days now, but have only just found the time.
It's an amazing feeling, to pick out something to wear and try it on, and then have it fit like it was made for you. Not someone "like" you, but actually _you_. It's not a sensation I am often allowed to experience; brick & mortar stores in my area are few and far between.
This dress was perfect. I gambled a little, because though I know my size-range, I didn't measure myself when placing this order and instead crossed my fingers and just hoped for the best. It worked--the dress fit my waist; skimmed and flared at my hips; and sat properly across my shoulders. The plum colour is much deeper than it was on the website (which is good! I actually prefer the deeper, plummier colour), and very flattering.
Needless to say, it's going into permanent rotation in my wardrobe now.

I did not NEED this dress, but it looked so good on Takara that I had to have it. I got it in plum, but I'll be back for teal, too. I could see myself wearing this all year round to work and parties just by changing shoes and accessories.

This dress is incredibly flattering. I'm 5'5, size 2X and the ordered an 18/20. The dress fit like a glove and it wasn't too long or too short (hit just below the knee). Great material and the skirt is lined. I bought the black, but would love one of these in a print as well!
