Even though this skirt is knit and elastic, I recommend that you size up your order so you do not stretch the waist band too much. Because I wanted the skirt to sit at the bust line, I pulled it on over my head. As I was stretching it over my chest, I heard popping sounds. While the waist band and skirt fabric stretch a great deal, the seam to connect the two does not stretch at all. Be careful, or prepare to break out your sewing maching and use a different thread or stitch, as I will. Otherwise, it's a nice skirt, but I feel like the other two reviews and a blogger I trusted exaggerated a bit.

this is really a skirt every girl should have in her closet. when you'll have this, you'll forget about every other skirt you already have, because it's super stylish, flattering and its elasticated waist makes it super comfortable. the fabric is of super high quality. a winner!

This is the most comfortable, versatile skirt I think I have ever owned! The fabric is so soft, and comfortable. Great piece to be dressed up or down for summer and fall!!!
