We want you to be happy! If you are not satisfied with your Eliza Parker purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange regularly-priced merchandise within 30 days of purchase. All sale merchandise may be returned for store credit only within 30 days of purchase. Clearance merchandise is final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a pre-paid return label for all "lower 48" domestic orders. We are not able to offer free returns for international orders due to customs issues.
All returned items must be in their original condition with all tags and labels attached. Any items returned in any condition other than in that originally sent will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange. Items that are worn or washed will not be eligible for return or exchange. Please use our pre-paid return label or send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns.

Credit Card Refunds:
Credit Card refunds will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We will credit your account within 10 business days and it will show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
