Where are you located?

We are where you are! You can always view and shop our collection at www.elizaparker.com. If you want to try clothes on before you purchase, you can attend a special shopping event in your neighborhood. Sign up for our mailing list and join our facebook fan page, and we'll let you know when we'll be passing through town.

Where can I shop for your clothes?

You can shop our entire collection at www.elizaparker.com. Call or email us if you need assistance with your order or advice about sizing or styling. We ship internationally.

How can I reach you?

Eliza Parker loves you and wants to talk to you! Email us at help@elizaparker.com. We try to respond within one business day. Alternatively, you can call us at 415-935-0506. We are available by phone between 10am and 5pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday.

Give us a ring during business hours so that we can answer your questions about PerfectFit and help you find the perfect garment for your shape. We promise to be nice and our employees do not work on comission so it's a no pressure environment.

How do I figure out my size?

Check out our size chart on each of the product pages. If you don't know your measurements or need a refresh:

1. Get together with your friend and take turns measuring each other. It's fun! And wine helps.
2. Go to your tailor and ask them to take your measurements. Some tailors will charge a small fee, but it's probably worth it because they are trained and almost always more accurate than your friend will be.
3. Find your best fitting garment and compare that company's size chart with our chart.
4. Don't worry! If you order the wrong size, Eliza Parker has a super easy return policy. We love you and we want you to be happy.

Why is the company named Eliza Parker?

Eliza is for the founders' beautiful sisters (Elizabeth and Elina). Parker Village (Massachusetts) is the place where Jessica first discovered a love for fashion by pairing an oversized red sweater (her mom's) with black stirrups and a scrunchie. She was young and it was the 80s.
